1. How do I place an order?
Scheduling your next shoot is easy! Visit our order page by clicking HERE, select the services you need, and choose your preferred date and time. We will do our best to accommodate your scheduling request. You’ll receive a call or text from your photographer to confirm a time that works best for everyone.
2. What types of services do you offer?
Home Flair Media specializes in real estate photography, drone photos and video, floor plans, and cinematic walkthroughs. We also offer unique enhancements such as virtual staging, virtual twilight, and item removal upon request.
3. How quickly will I receive my photos?
We know time is everything in real estate. Most photo galleries are delivered within 24–48 hours, depending on the project size and any requested edits.
4. Do I need to be there during the shoot?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the property (lockbox, code, or key), we can handle the shoot without anyone on site. Of course, you’re always welcome to join if you’d like!
5. How should the property be prepared?
For the best results, please make sure the home is photo-ready before the shoot — lights on, blinds open, and spaces clean and clutter-free. A tidy home helps us capture your listing at its absolute best.
6. Can I reschedule or cancel my shoot?
We understand that things come up. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules to avoid a fee.
7. How will I receive my photos and videos?
Once editing is complete, you’ll receive a link to your personal media delivery page where you can view, download, and share your content in both MLS and high-resolution formats.
8. How do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made easily online through your order page. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments.
9. Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
From time to time, we offer seasonal promos or exclusive pricing for our loyal clients. Be sure to stay connected and watch your inbox for updates!
